Much of my work is on 9front, a fork of Plan9 created by Bell Labs as a technological successor to Unix. I work mostly on userland projects, and novel integrations or expansions

Altid

Altid is a project to create persistent, omnipresent applications. They expose an application via a simple interface, which is human readable and very easy to create clients for - a 10 line shell script is how I interact with my chat-based applications!

In making the client interface simple, it becomes possible to create solutions that provide optimized personal, accessible accommodations, be it via screen readers, braille readers, or even distraction-reduced clients.

You can connect as many clients as you want to a given Altid application, and Altid will synchronize state; this is especially notable for chat-based applications. (Such as IRC, Discord, Matrix, Slack)

Goals

I would love to be able to focus on these projects much more. Any little bit will help towards that goal!
