I have not been sick since 2014 after adopting a high carb low fat vegan lifestyle and may share health-related tips so that others may achieve this as well.
I also get into outdoors related content such as permaculture gardening, foraging, camping, hiking and other survival or adventure-related experiences.
I spent my professional career as a software developer so I may occasionally address topics like technology and coding.
