Making community action effective through technology

I write software that changes the way communities work. My aim is to make it easier for citizens to communicate and coordinate to solve problems, and to do this in a way that is self-directed and empowering rather than simply doing things on their behalf.
This profile was set up in response to work on Fletcher, a Discord chatbot for coordinating collective action.
